Pieces, provided by HANAUTA, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
• Sexual exploitation or coercion of minors, including sextortion
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing sexual content involving minors
• Any activity that endangers the safety or well-being of a child

We define a child or minor as any individual under the age of 18.

2. User Reporting

We provide in-app tools that allow users to report:

• Users
• Messages
• Photos or videos
• Any suspicious or harmful behavior

3. Enforcement Actions

If we detect or are made aware of violations of this policy, we may take actions including:

• Immediate removal of offending content
• Suspension or permanent banning of user accounts
• Restricting access to features
• Reporting the activity to relevant authorities

We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect our users and comply with applicable laws.

4. Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

We take all reports of CSAM seriously and act quickly to:

• Remove and prevent the re-upload of known CSAM
• Preserve evidence as required by law
• Report confirmed CSAM to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States or equivalent organizations in other jurisdictions

5. Compliance with Laws

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the regions where we operate. This includes mandatory reporting obligations related to child sexual exploitation.

7. Age Requirements

Pieces is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly allow users under this minimum age to use the platform.

If we become aware that a user is under the minimum required age, we will take steps to remove their account.

We continuously evaluate and improve our safety systems, including:

• Enhancing reporting tools
• Improving moderation processes
• Exploring technologies to detect and prevent abusive behavior
